Roy and Amanda Pearce

We are Roy and Amanda Pearce. My mother's family isfrom Dauar, near Murray Island and Amanda's family are from Papua New Guinea and New Zealand.

Our deadly story is about building employment opportunities on Thursday Island for generations to come.

After years of hard work and effort, we are now able toemploy a team of five staff.

Amanda and I have different skills, but we are both 'hands on'. Together we are thankful for all the support, advice and positive feedback we've received along the
way.

Our goal is to employ more people and establishing a local office base.

We want to give people a job who might not ordinarily get an opportunity. We want to keep on growing so that we can create more employment opportunities for the future and one day pass the business on to our children.

DESCRIPTION: Our deadly story looks to the future.
